Severn Trent Services Club Attendant- Part-Time in Celebration, Florida
JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE
Provide excellent customer service, answer questions from visitors, and perform point of sale transactions for credentials. Provide general custodial support to the club house. This entails cleaning and tidying the premises, as well as to apply preventative measures to ensure the cleanness of all areas within the recreational center.
Generate access credentials for owners and tenants and follow point of sales procedures.
Maintains files and generate daily logs.
Perform custodial tasks such as sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets, remove trash.
Wash and sanitize bathroom to include; toilets, mirrors, sinks and restock disposables (e.g. soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
Clean and sanitize equipment. Contact vendor and report any problems with equipment.
Order and replaces doggie pots and liners at club house.
Perform pressure washing as needed.
Perform light painting as necessary.
Perform maintenance and minor repairs (replacing broken switches, fixing door handles, etc.).
Report major damages and oversee repairs by contractors/vendors.
Secure and monitor facilities by locking doors, closing windows and setting up the alarm.
Set up room for meetings and post sign as required.
Maintain effective communication with Administrative Assistant.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Education/Experience : High School Diploma or GED.
Technical : Ability to follow manual & operating instructions. Knowledge of process control techniques, maintenance procedures & safety practices. Ability to perform routine maintenance/repairs. Ability to work with required tools.
Communication : Communicates clearly & professionally. Contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience. Willing to help others. Maintains composure in challenging situations. Bilingual preferred.
