Severn Trent Services IT Data Programmer Analyst in Katy, Texas
The IT Data Programmer Analyst is responsible for assisting in the delivery of software and data solutions and providing technical assistance to users.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Designs, develops and maintains database and application components, including: Microsoft SQL, SharePoint 0365, Dynamics NAV, NetSuite and other custom .NET and Web based applications.
Ability to write structured complex SQL queries and work with multiple databases across platforms. Ability to extract, manipulate and migrate structured and rationalized data from disparate systems both on premise and in the cloud.
Gather and identify requirements for new and existing systems / applications by establishing communication with business users.
Experience in Designing, Coding, Unit Testing, and implementing software development and integration solutions with vendor products.
Provide maintenance and support for major and minor applications including major SaaS based applications, web portals and Intranets.
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience: BS in computer science or equivalent experience and 4+ years of experience. Licenses/Certifications: Current Microsoft certifications desirable.

The work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs.
