Severn Trent Services Receptionist - Part-time in Horsham, Pennsylvania
The Receptionist is responsible for performing basic administrative support to corporate headquarters located in Horsham, Pennsylvania.
- (Part Time – 3 days a week; Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
Ensures that all visitors are greeted in a timely and professional manner and are directed promptly to the appropriate staff.
Ensures that all visitors are appropriately signed in the register log book and provided necessary safety information.
Answers and directs phone calls, including distribution of off-hours messages.
Assists and directs all guests, clients, and customers for meetings, appointments, and service.
Coordinates the receipt, sorting, and delivery of all mail and parcel deliveries (UPS/FedEx) each day.
Performs general office support duties including: copying, filing, mailing, and faxing. Maintains office directories and manages office supplies.
Schedules meetings, books conference rooms, and assists in meeting support, as needed.
Assists with setup and cleanup of kitchen/café area before and after in-house catered events as well as daily.
Prepares basic correspondence (emails, letters, etc.) as directed by manager and appropriate team members.
Assists with special projects.
Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED and one to three year(s) related experience.
Technical: Basic proficiency with Microsoft® Office applications and Internet; ability to work with basic office equipment and phone systems.
Communication: Communicates clearly and professionally; contributes to a positive internal and external customer experience; willing to help others; maintains composure in challenging situations; ability to interact with executives and employees of all levels in a professional manner.

The work environment is characteristic of an office environment. Sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs.
